If you have pre-approved plans for a new home, there are several things you will need to provide J Palmer Construction to begin the construction process. Here are some of the key items:

Building plans:

You will need to provide your GC with a copy of the pre-approved building plans, including any revisions or modifications that you have made.

Building specifications:

In addition to the plans, you should provide your GC with a detailed list of specifications for the materials and finishes that will be used in the construction of the home.

Permits:

All required permits shall be issued each municipality or city by the archtitect, engineer or client. Our team can assist with obtaining permits if needed.

Site preparation:

Depending on the condition of the lot, you may need to have the site prepared before construction can begin. This may involve clearing trees or brush, leveling the ground, or installing utilities. You should provide your GC with any documentation related to site preparation.
